How it works

The Office Food Waste Digester uses a proprietary colony of thermophilic microbes to break down virtually all food waste directly on your kitchen counter. Food scraps go in, paddle rotation and oxygen injection trigger aerobic microbial decomposition at ~55°C, and rich compost comes out. The microbes are self-reproducing — no refills or top-ups needed.
